Food, shelter, transport, utilities. If takaful payments are eating into those, something needs fixing. Nobody should stop feeding their kids to keep a certificate alive.

My own application was rejected once after a bad medical check-up. It took a year of dieting and check-ups every three months to get approved. Review yours while your health still gives you options.
And sometimes the honest answer is keep what you have. If moving doesn’t leave you better off, I’ll say so. The best plan is the one that fits you, not the one that sounds best.

The best part of this work isn’t selling: it’s getting to solve the problem in front of you. Everyone’s needs are different, and with access to 9 takaful companies it’s far easier to find something that genuinely fits yours.
Every company has its own strengths and weaknesses. When I can mix & match across several of them, you get the strongest overall benefit for the same ringgit, one company’s weak spot covered by another’s strength.
For example:
- One company is strong on medical cards.
- Another is strong on life protection.
- Another is strong on critical illness.
- Some will still cover someone who already has a condition.
- Some get expensive at certain ages.
- Some are cheap, but their app is painful when you need to claim.
So I compare first, then suggest. Based on what fits you, not on what pays me.

Capspring Temasik Financial Group is a Malaysian financial advisory firm that has been operating since 2013. It holds the Financial Advisory (FA) licence for both conventional and takaful under Bank Negara Malaysia, and partners with most insurance and takaful companies in Malaysia.

About me
Why I do this work.
I started because of one frustrating truth: financial guidance in Malaysia is usually too generic, or too expensive to reach. Most of us just feel lost talking about money.
So I work differently: explain first, sell later. Understand every decision before you sign, with no hard selling and no jargon.
I'm not a licensed financial adviser. I'm a takaful consultant who helps you understand your options, then choose what fits. I run my practice under Capspring Temasik.

What is R CubedR³?
R Cubed is a takaful advisory team of Malaysian consultants who work to one shared standard. The name is the standard: Rooted, Refined, Resolute. Three sides of one cube. Drop one and it stops being a cube.
Raff is one of its members. You deal with Raff personally, and a team stands behind that.
Rooted. Every client is a trust, not a sales target.
Refined. Study the products, refine the approach, explain clearly.
Resolute. Keep promises, care for clients through to claims.
