Do I need experience?
No. Many of the best people start from other careers. What matters is that you’re willing to learn and genuinely want to help people. The craft can be taught.
Full-time or part-time?
Either. Plenty of people start part-time alongside a job and grow from there. You set the pace; we give the structure and support.
How does this work? Is it a salary?
You’d be an independent takaful Marketing Representative (under Capspring Temasik). It’s a self-employed practice you build, with commissions per the operators’ published structures. We’ll walk you through exactly how it works before you decide, honestly.
What support do I actually get?
Mentorship, product and sales-craft training, licensing guidance, the platform (9 takaful companies + UWM OS), and a team that answers when you need it.
